The nearest town to “Tre Cancelle” is Itri , which is situated approximately halfway between Rome and Naples.
There are regular flights to Rome airports
(Ciampino and Fiumicino) and to Naples (Capodichino).
Most budget carriers fly to Rome Ciampino.
Many of our visitors have found this very convenient as it is a smaller airport and to the south of the city.
It is advisable to hire a car for the duration of your stay, discounted car hire is offered by most airlines, via the internet or available from the airport. Alternatively we can help you to hire a car locally.
However there are good public transport links available from Ciampino to Itri, via Rome Termini train station,
or
we can arrange to meet / drop off passengers at the airport
(up to 4 people + baggage) at an extra cost.

From “Tre Cancelle”, Itri is only a few minutes by car.
It is a historic township, nestling in the foothills of the Aurunci Mountains and part of the Aurunci National Park, which is an area of outstanding natural beauty.
Itri has a variety of small shops, restaurants and bars. An excellent weekly market is held every Friday.
It is a short drive to the Riviera d’Ulisse, and the pretty, fashionable resort of Sperlonga with its golden sandy beaches. Its sparkling, clear waters have been awarded the prestigious European Blue Flag for several years.
Along the coast are other delightful coastal towns, such as Terracina, Gaeta and Formia.
